One thing I’m learning as I’m getting older (I just turned 30 last year) is that you have to stretch otherwise your body is going to be stiff and going to ache.

Now before I jump into them, I highly recommend getting yourself some sort of yoga mat.

I personally own a Gaiam yoga mat that I bought from Amazon, but you can buy them from Walmart and Target as well.

Having a yoga mat helps your butt and feet not feel as sore when it comes to stretching as well as working out in general.

It’s an absolute must have!

But now without further ado, let’s jump into these daily stretching routine videos!

This is a stretching routine that is meant for your full body and I love that it is beginner friendly.

This is a 5 minute stretch routine which is perfect for anyone who has a busy schedule or wants a super quick stretch mobility moment.

If you’re 50+ years old, then this is a great stretching video for you.

This stretch routine is for tight muscles, mobility & flexibility.
