Within making an Instacart order today, I came across the Artisan Bistro Burrito.
I decided to give it a buy and try it out.
So today I’m bringing to you guys a frozen burrito review from Artisan Bistro.
I tried the Artisan Bistro Burrito | review – Food
Within coming across the Artisan Bistro burritos, I decided to go with a safe option.
I chose the Artisan Bistro Grilled Chicken Burrito.
Apparently this is an item that sells out a lot and is pretty popular.
I actually purchased two, but my Instacart shopper was only able to find 1 in stock.
So the burrito is 3/5’s the size of the wrapper it came in.
The burrito size seems kind of on a smaller side.
You can cook this burrito in the oven and in the microwave. I decided to cook it in the microwave.
You wrap in a paper towel on a microwaveable plate.
You cook it for a minute and 15 seconds then flip it over and cook it another minute 15 seconds.
It had a slight smell that pretty much smelled like the way a chicken bean burrito would smell fresh out of the wrapper, but once the burrito was cooked… it smelled so lovely.
I could definitely smell the combination of the seasonings of the beans, rice, and chicken.
I adored the taste. The chicken was flavorful as well as tender. The cheesy was ooey and gooey. It was pure bliss.
The rice and beans were seasoned nicely as well which says a lot because I’m not a big fan of having rice or beans in a burrito… mainly because if I get a burrito from a restaurant they put more rice and beans than anything else in the burrito.
Overall… the taste of the Artisan Bistro Grilled Chicken Burrito was amazing.
Was it filling?
Honestly, I would probably need to eat 2 or 3 of these to feel full if I didn’t have a side salad or chips with dip. One of these isn’t enough to fill me up, but I definitely think one burrito might be great for a child to eat.
Do I recommend the Artisan Bistro Grilled Chicken Burrito?
I definitely do if you’re in the mood for a burrito, but you don’t feel like buying it from a restaurant or making it yourself.
It tastes wonderful, smells scrumptious, and it’s not pricey.
The only issue you’ll probably have is potentially finding it in stock since lots of people enjoy it and I completely understand why.
