I recently visited the Belle Isle Aquarium and I shared my experience going there for a date day with my boyfriend.

On the same day we went to the Belle Isle Conservatory which is right next to the Belle Isle Aquarium and I figured I’d share with you guys the Belle Isle Greenhouse life.

Before I talk about the Conservatory, I just wanted to mention that there is a gorgeous Koi pond between the aquarium and the conservatory.

It was free to enter the Belle Isle Conservatory. I believe donations are accepted here as well.

When I tell you guys, it was absolutely beautiful in there.

There were a variety of plants that you could view in a variety of shapes, colors, and heights.

It also smelled so nice in there too. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I love the way plants smell.

Surprisingly, I didn’t see any bugs flying around in there which was interesting.

I thought I would have seen some bees or other insects, but I didn’t.

When I went there also weren’t too many people inside until we were just about to leave and it wasn’t bad because it is kind of spacious in the conservatory.

Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Belle Isle Conservatory if you’re looking for a greenhouse experience in Michigan.

It is absolutely beautiful and just a great place to enjoy.

I hope you all enjoyed my Belle Isle Conservatory review!

  3. I love the smell of plants, too. And I would also be surprised at no bees or anything flying around. But I would also be happy about that since I’m terrified of anything that flies and stings!
