I am so glad Summer is almost here because one of my things about the Summertime is wearing Summer dresses. Today I figured I would share with you guys some of my favorite aesthetic dresses for the Summer time. So let’s jump into these gorgeous dresses that I received from Apricot Clothing.
4 Summer Dresses you need in your closet | Apricot Clothing Review
Apricot Clothing sent these dresses to me to wear and I am so happy that I decided to collaborate with them. I decided to choose 3 dresses outside of what I normally would wear and one dress that is more my everyday aesthetic.
How long did Apricot Clothing shipping take?
It took about 2-3 weeks to get my package. Keep in mind that this was a PR package and they ship the clothes from the UK. On their website, it says that their UK standard delivery is 3 – 5 working days. In the US & other parts of Europe it states that shipping could take 5 – 10 working days.
The Summer Dresses
Before I jump into these dresses, I just want to share with you guys my sizing currently;
I am a part time midsize fashion blogger. I wear size 12 clothes normally. Most of the dresses I buy are Large, but every now and then I’ll buy an XL dress depending on the size chart of the website.
All of these dresses are in a size 12.
Within buying clothes online, make sure to check the sizing charts. I always do whenever I want to buy something online just to make sure that the sizing matches up with my bust to waist to hip ratio.
I also recommend investing in a tape measurer. I have a couple, but they are a must have for when you haven’t been online shopping in awhile and you aren’t sure about your sizing.
The first dress is this gorgeous yellow orange maxi dress. I’ve been feeling the urge to wear yellow more because I love the way it looks on me. The color is vibrant and it makes me feel lively.
You can zip the dress up in the back to put it on.
I’m 5’3 and a 1/2. This dress hits past my feet and even drags on the floor when wearing heels.
The second dress is this navy off the shoulder tie dye maxi dress. I’m a huge fan of maxi dresses, but this is my first time owning anything tie dye. I am a big fan of this navy tie dye and I knew I had to have it. I loved the way the model on their website wore it with a black belt because I knew that’s how I’d wear it myself. I’d wear it with a different colored belt and different accessories for sure.
You just pull the dress over your head or step into it.
This 3rd dress is more my aesthetic. It’s black with an abstract print on it. This dress also comes in navy with different abstract colors.
I am in love with this dress. I know you guys will probably see me wear a couple of outfits with this dress this Summer for sure. It’s stylish and comfortable for me. For some reason it gives me 90s aesthetic vibes. I’m so glad I have this in my closet.
The last dress is this golden yellow bell sleeve dress. It’s very flowy. I really like how loose it fits on my body where it’s isn’t tight. This means I can pretty much eat whatever I want when wearing this dress and I don’t have to worry about my belly looking bloated because this dress will hide it.
I am a huge fan of these dresses. I can’t wait to wear them this Summer!
