This was sent to me to try for free in exchange for review. All opinions are my own.
I’ve become a huge fan of essential oils after trying my first box of the essential oil subscription box, Simply Earth. This is a subscription box that offers essential oils and recipes every month that can be great for either your body, mood, or your home. I was really excited when Simply Earth reached out to me again to try their February subscription box.
February Mood Simply Earth Subscription Box Review
I received the February essential oils subscription box which is called the Mood Detox box. The recipes in this month’s box are focused on improving and uplifting your mood.
In the February box, I received Sea Clay, 2 glass bottles to create the recipes in (1 came broken, but I emailed the owners of Simply Earth & they offered to send me a replacement bottle out right away. I declined the offer since I had a bottle on hand that was similar to the bottle sent to me, but I appreciated the fact that they offered to replace it for me), & 4 essential oils [Basil, Geranium, Lave (Grapefruit, Blood Orang, Ho Wood, & Sandalwood essential oil), & Happy Joy (Geranium, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, & Ylang Ylang essential oil)] in 15 ml bottles.
Within the box there were also essential oil recipe cards that you can use to create different recipes.
The Recipes: Mermaid Mud Mask, I Lava You Diffuser Blend, Day Dream Roll On, Detox Dry Scrub, Happy Day Body Spray, & Hope for Tomorrow Roll On
Essential Oils Recipes I’ve Tried so far..
I created the Hope for Tomorrow roll on, detox dry scrub, mermaid mud mask, and the I Lava You Diffuser Blend.
Hope for Tomorrow Roll On
I feel like this roll on oil blend made me feel calm. It says on the recipe card that this is great for applying to your puse points to help support a positive perspective. I’m not sure how much it affected my perspective, but it definitely made me feel kind of relaxed after I used it.
Detox Dry Scrub
I have very sensitive skin which is why I was a bit hesistant to using this scrub… but surprisingly it was great for removing the dead dry skin on my feet. I am a huge fan of this scrub. It was simple to make and left my feet feeling super soft.
Mermaid Mud Mask
This was my first time putting a mud mask on my face in weeks. I love the way it made my skin feel. I also liked being able to make the recipe because I knew exactly what I was putting on my face.
I Lava You Diffuser Blend
I am a huge fan of the way this smelled. It was something about the scent that made the room smell so fresh. My boyfriend really liked this diffuser blend as well.
A Great Fact you should know about Simply Earth
So Simply Earth is a subscription box that assists with bringing people freedom. 13% of the profits at Simply Earth go towards organizations committed to ending human trafficking and for the month of February, Simply Earth gave profit to Idaho Anti-trafficking Coalition. I think that it’s awesome that they are helping to create change for a cause that definitely needs more attention.
Should you subscribe to Simply Earth?
Overall, Simply Earth is one of thee most practical subscription boxes that anyone can buy. They offer amazing ways that you can use essentials oils that can help your overall life. I would highly recommend them as a treat for yourself or even as a gift for someone you love.
