This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

Figuring out what to eat for lunch and dinner can be difficult, especially when you have to go through the process of actually preparing and cooking the food yourself which can take up so much time. From dealing with work to taking care of the kids (if you have them), or even just taking care of your home in general… there isn’t enough time in the day to cook sometimes. There’s also the issue of wanting something that tastes legitimately good that’s made with decent ingredients. This is where Cadence Kitchen can help. Cadence Kitchen is the go to for a high-quality flash-frozen meal that is made with clean ingredients, but also tastes good. They actually use liquid nitrogen to freeze their food instantly which protects the texture, flavor, and freshness of their foods. I was so excited when they reached out to me to try their foods because I am a huge fan of trying new food.. especially foods that are easy to prepare in day to day life that will make my life easier. I figured I would share some of the entrees I tried from Cadence Kitchen so let’s jump into it!

Eating Delicious & Healthy Dinners with Cadence Kitchen | Food

I tried 3 entrees and you can either microwave them or cook them on the stovetop. I honestly prefer stove top personally, but keep in mind that you can definitely microwave them too.

The first meal I tried was the Prime Rib Beef Roast & Gravy. It had of course Prime Rib Beef, pearl onions, and mushrooms in a beef gravy.

Prime Rib Beef Roast and Gravy

It said to cook for 8-9 minutes, but I usually cook anything frozen past the time it says just so that it is thoroughly cooked. I decided to cook it for about 16 minutes. The gravy looked absolutely lovely and it smelled like fresh mushrooms as it cooked even more to be honest which always smelled good to me. The prime rib beef roast…. was absolutely delicious. It tasted like I had seasoned the meat and cooked it myself. It was so tender which is so surprising to me considering this was a frozen meal. I ate this entree for dinner Monday night with a side salad I made and I was content the rest of the night. My stomach was happy and I was satisfied.

Recommendations: This entree would also taste great with mashed potatoes or even rice.

While reading Cadence Kitchen’s website, I was surprised to find out that their foods have no artificial preservatives, no added chemicals, and no antibiotics. You guys this is definitely a go to healthy option to add to your daily diet!

The second meal I tried was the Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya. It has andouille sausage, white meat chicken, long grain rice with peppers & onions coated in a light Cajun-style sauce.

The aroma from the bag when I opened it smelled like so much flavor my mouth started watering. About 3 minutes into cooking the Jambalaya the smell of the bell peppers hit me. As I’m writing this meal entry I am getting even hungrier. I didn’t eat breakfast today so I’m super excited to eat this for lunch.

I really love the way this tasted. The meat was cooked through. The rice also wasn’t undercooked or hard which I was happy about. The vegetables were tender. I just finished eating it and I am pretty full. I honestly am going to have to buy more of this to eat for lunch or dinner on a regular basis.

The last entree I tried was the Seafood Paella. It has arborio rice with scallops, shrimp, calamari, mussels, bell peppers, & peas.

Shrimp Paella

I don’t think I’ve ever had mussels before, so I couldn’t wait to try this one. When this started cooking… omg, I could smell the shrimp, scallops, & bell peppers. Again I cooked this meal for about 14 minutes. The flavor was amazing. You can definitely taste the saffron. I love it so much. The fish was so tender and seasoned so well. The flavors of this seafood paella just danced in my mouth. This actually tastes like it came from a restaurant.

4 Reasons why Cadence Kitchen is one of my top recommend lunch & dinner options

  1. It’s easy to make. You can microwave them or cook them on the stove.
  2. The food tastes like it was freshly prepared in a restaurant right in front of you. It’s legit gourmet status with legitimate flavor. The food being frozen by liquid nitrogen is why the food remains fresh, flavorful, and like it was just made.
  3. No artificial preservatives, no added chemicals, and no antibiotics.
  4. There’s a variety of meal options. I only tried 3 of their meals, but they do have many others available.
