If you guys are big fans of gift baskets, then you’ve probably heard of GourmetGiftBaskets.com. This is one of the most well-known websites for buying all sorts of gift baskets. They offer gift baskets for pretty much every holiday. I was really excited when they reached out to me to check out one of their Halloween gift baskets for review. I decided to try the Halloween Boo Baked Gift Box because it had cookies and a rice crispy treat inside. So today I am going to share with you guys my thoughts on the gift box!
I tried the Boo Baked Gift Box from Gourmet Gift Baskets | Review
So this is what the Boo Baked Gift Box looks like in person. It says that “it has delectable, chewy chocolate chip cookies, fudge brownies and Candy Corn crispy rice treats (shaped like Candy Corn). You need to see it to be sure your eyes aren’t tricking you. Anyone would love this gift for Halloween.” It seems like a great gift box to give, especially considering it’s only $29.99. It’s a fairly inexpensive box.
The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. I received 4 chocolate chip cookies in the box. I tried them straight out the box and I also warmed them up in the microwave for a couple of seconds which tasted pretty good. I would rate these chocolate chip cookies maybe a 3 out of 5 straight out the box and a 4 out of 5 once you warm them in the microwave for a bit on a piece of paper towel.
Now the Fudge Brownie cookies were absolutely amazing! I received 6 of the fudge brownie cookies. I usually am not a big fan of super chocolately cookies, but these taste so good. I would love to buy a bag full of the fudge brownie cookies. I rate these a 5 out of 5!
The coated crisped rice treat is from the brand Selma’s. I’ll be honest and say I’m not a huge fan of rice crispy treats, but this was okay.. especially with the sweet icing that covers it. I love that it is shaped like a piece of candy corn. It’s pure Halloween vibes for sure.
I also have to say that I just love this Boo Halloween box in general. It’s absolutely adorable and I’ll definitely be reusing this box at some point in the future or I may just use it as a container to hold things in to be honest. It’s too cute to throw away.
So what are my overall thoughts within this Gourmet Gift Baskets review?
I liked the Halloween gift basket that I received. It’s affordable and worth the cost for sure. The cookies were delightful and if you like rice krispies, then you’ll love this gift box. It would be a great Halloween treat to buy your family or it’d even be a decent Halloween gift to give someone you know that likes cookies. I also recommend some of their other Halloween gift baskets like the Goblin’s Grub Popcorn tin which has 3 different kinds of popcorn or the Eat, Drink, & Be Scary Beer Bucket which includes 6 different types of beer, candy, and cheesy popcorn.
I hope you guys enjoyed this Gourmet Gift Baskets review!
